I am trying to start a internet car electronics business. I want to be able to sell my stuff on ebay as well as my website but I am unsure of how to go about starting this endevor. Do I need some sort of wholesalers licence, business licence/ ID....I need to know. I am open to all sugguestions. Please help me, it will be greatly appreciated.
