I have the interview in a few days. Would like to know the questions of their knowledge thing they said I'll have to take. Any CC employee's remember this and can give me a heads up?

OMG i know what they ask. or at least what they used to unless they changed it i have had about 6 interviews with them. lets see what i can remember. they ask what do u know about cc? why do u want to work for cc? tell me about a situation when u went out of your way for a customer at anoter job. man i cant remember. but i do know that they were a bunch of stupid questions that you have to think about. they screwed me out of a roadshop job i know i passed the drug test and i went through the whole process and then they couldnt give me a reason why they didnt hire me. and it pi$$es me off when they hire people constantly that are complete idiots when it comes to car audio. when im in there i can answere more questions than they do. i know more about the products they sell than they do. the manager and all the employees say to my face i know more than them but they dont know why i wasnt hired. heck even one of them wants me to build him a box for his car. ok im done rambling its a touchy subject

hmm.. was more concerned about the "knowledge" test or questions I'd get asked.. if it's basic to intermediate audio knowledge, shouldn't be a problem.. If theyre going to ask me to calculate voltage drop from some ESR or recall physics formula's that Richard Clark would be better suited for, I have some studying to do I guess. Also I'm not 100% familiar with all of their product's features or much about satelite radio, car alarms or navigation systems.

oh if thats what you want to know then its easy. you read a paragraph and answer safety questions i believe and also there are certian "points you get for installations" questions on them but basic word problem math. also know the difference between series and parrallel.LOL also the different types of boxes. know ohms law. basic car audio ohms law though they just ask you for example if you have 2 4ohm subs and you wire them in parrallel what resistance do u get? 2ohm its not too difficult at all. the manager of the store i took it at said i had the highest score he has seen for that store. LOL

I went through them, they wanted to hire me, but got a better offer just hours before. Sounds like you know the basics, the crap practice test thing is easy, but long and drawn out. Theyll ask the same thing twice, far apart and worded differently to try to fool ya.

I NOW OWN MY OWN STORE BUT WAS A MANAGER AT CIRCUITS ROADSHOP FOR A WHILE. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HIRE YOU OR NOT ON YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF CAR AUDIO. THERE IS OTHER TEST YOU HAVE TO PASS. THE ONE TJUST TEST BASICMATH, AND HOW YOU CAN REMBER THINGS. YOU CANT STUDY FOR THIS. AS FOR THE GUY NOT HIRED ALOT OF TIMES IT IS A LP INTERVIEW THAT KEEPS YOU FROM BEING HIRED. I WOULD WAIT A WHILE AAND TRY AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO WORK THERE.AS FAR AS ALL THE GUYS NOT KNOWING CAR AUDIO WELL I CAN TELL YOU SOME OF THE BIG TEAMS HAVE CIRCUIT GUYS BEHIND THEM SO A FEW VERY FEW!!! DO KNOW CAR STEREO
