Since you guys have such a problem where the Finals should be held I might as well tell you.
Its in BERLIN Germany the 25-27 October.
Thats the final ruling and Detlef Hagel will be headjudge and a commitee of europen judges will help him

Oh yes, qualifying is the word. How should we handle the qualifying? The 3 Loudest cars in each class and country will qualify? Or should we allow EVERYONE to compete? Maybe with pre regitration or what? What do you think?

I havnt seen "qualifying" as a problem ever at the Euros, apart from the host country. IE, in Germany 2000, there were a lot of German cars, and in Sweden 2001, there were a lot of Swedish cars.... Top 3 per class/country sounds fine, but in all reality, it only limits the cars from the host country.

Maybe each country can give a list of the competitors in each class who want to compete. Then we can look what the possibility's are. If there are to many people we can say from each country "a number" of competitors from that class......;
Otherwise a Top 3 per class/country is alright, if there are 3 competitors in each class

This if the Euro-comitee approves it of course..
Great idea, it worked real well last year.

There was a list last year, and of course will be this year too, if it's up to me. I mean the competitors list for eurofinals. But of course, this is something that will come up little bit before the eurofinals, after each countries has kept their national finals.
