I'd ask XS-SPL Jeffery for some pointers, I think he had the loudest Rabbit in that class ever?

im just going with a standard wall for 2 18", i have 4 500.1 amps now but plan to upgrade. Murilo helped me come up with a starting volume for the box between 16-17 ft^3, i still need to calculate port volume based on box volume and how much power will be used...

The big problem im pondering is how to cut the floor out...do I beef up the stock suspension with coil-overs and baggs or do i cut out the entire floor and make solid mounted hubs to a subframe? I need to lower the floor 4" to allow the subs to fit verticle. and the entire box will be framed with 1.5"x 1.5" x 3/16" thick tubing

well since you have a 2 door (4dr is bout 8 inches shorter on the front doors) on cutting the floor cut it all out, the two rear wheels have a U shaped arms that hold them on, 2 peice of 1.5 beside each other welded in the and your good to go.

i have the tf one subs still.....im trying to hook up a deal on stronger subs although with the power i have right now, these subs will stand up to it.

Anyone wana make a deal/trade+cash? fresh dual 2's on the 18's and i also have fresh 12" dual 2's

Anyway....I definately need stronger equipment to be competitive, but they will do for getting started.

is this to make those control arms attached to the tubesteel frame and have functional suspension or to mount solid?
