Hmmm... To give an answer to your last question: Not as much like you go to events to compete...

Even so, there will invariably be times when a particular application or installation will fall outside the scope of this rulebook. When those occasions arise, it is the responsibility of the head judge to make a determination as to whether the incident in question abides by the "spirit" of dB Drag Racing competition. As a competitor, it is your responsibility to understand the rules contained in this book and to abide by any decisions rendered by the head judge.
Do you know tis text?
The final decision is by the Head Judge. PERIOD

Instead of this so called BS that goes around here and keeping this thread as off topic as possible, why don't we try coming up with a rule inaguration format?
This means that we have a specific date for when the rules will be open for suggestion then discussion then alteration then election and finally put into practise for let's say a period of 2 years, then after 1 year we can start the process over and make the new rules work after the first 2 year period is over.

All of this trouble and no T3 Drama.... I love it!!
Maybe because your product is not loud enough to even discuss about it .
Sorry for this post but after what you are posting i think this is fair. Be proffesional and stay after the line if you not have to do with anything of this.
Wow that was nice of you..... Thank You. I wish you the same respect that you give to others my friend.

The reason we havent heard alot about T3 this year is because of the small amount of product put out this year. I guess JD is feeling the economic crunch too. I tried to get some after Daytona and didnt get the motors till like a week before finals. I still would like to try them in my car to see how they stack up against the 99z motors.
No crunch here. Just more important business decisions so that we will be around a while. Next year will be good with the proper ground formed under our business....and taking time to develop the product to meet my expectations.
I didn't know of you seriously wanting subs until a month before the show.... gotta pick up the phone and bug me!!

Itīs really funny. Mike, thx for posting that parts from rulebook. Now i fell 100% sure of that i always saying. The rulebook themselve is not perfect but also not bad. The problem is the judges have too much power to decide several things on a competition. If they would judge like the rulebook is they donīt would have tot do so much discussions. Those discussions are always coming from personal meanings from a judge. Not from the ruelbook

Correct
I see SOME of the judges are creating rules, because the lack of rules forces them to do that.
Example: the cars dont come with screws, they come with plastic tabs, so IF you use ANY screw you are a CHEATER... right?
Instead of that, the common sense should be the rule number one, example: if the door seems to be from a armored car it is not ok.

The person who was dqd at finals was Yuli and that was bs. The subs he was using was Atomic and the subs he was going to use where Americanbass wich is identical in everyway but the dustcap. When i told Wayne that the subs where built in the same place that was not good enough. So funny how it always seems to be that the word cheating is followed with the word Cactus lol. The parts in that sub should be oem replacment for that Cactus sub not some other cone from another sub. Not legal in my opinion.
