I have wanted an Ford Escort Van for years and now when I really donīt have the monye for an hobby car (Iīm a student again), I have bought one [Big Grin]

I wanted to do an tunnel, but since I didnīt knew how to build one I did something different than a tunnel.

I have to cut the corners on the box and hit the metal with an hammer some times to make it fit.

Well I know, but Iīm on a tight budget...
Only the wood costed me more then 1/8 of what my "income" are now days... And just my rent are more then half of my income.
So I will use what I can afford for now, I wasnīt suposed to have a Bass Racer at all [Wink]

I get 3 particle boards for the same price as one MDF, and I had to buy 4 boards. Birchplywood I didnīt even look at [Wink]

And for the wood, well I donīt own a welder and I donīt have any good place to be working with metal (fire hazard) so wood had to do for this build.

I think that it hopefully will be loud anyway and it isnīt a dB Dragster, itīs for Bass Race only.

Since Iīm doing this build by my self I didnīt have anyone to hold the board when it was time to screw it down so I used an scrap pice to do it for me.

Big numbers can come from budget materials if your build is correct and your build looks nice.

Can't wait to see the the final pic so get back to work.

Donīt have the space I need for the amps so I had to improvice, the PG and the B2 amp under that will be ―" into the 2"x3" so I can close the back doors... Itīs TIGHT!
