This blue welding machine is from Andi, it's easier to weld with this one, as the electrode welding [Big Grin]

Don't look at the weldseam quality, I'm not a perfect welder, but I think it's strong enough [Wink]

LOOK NICE!!! but will play relly low HZ(my quess 52hz),and thats can, not, be a good thin!
i have done same mistake at Craigs Van in 2007 and cost me lots subs rebuild, because the back pressure will get to high.
When you start play at low power like 1000 watts you will see big gaing , but by time you go up to the same power that you have at finals you will see what i am talking about.
But best luck...

Hi Alan

Yes, playing frequency will be very low with this, something about 50 to 55Hz, but I think, that this won't be a big problem. Then we will near by the resonance frequency from the sub.

Next step is then, to tune the front cabin on this low frequency. But at first we will test with new wall and volume behind.

We will see what will happens, but I'm very confident.

you need to make play at 59hz ,trust me ... the front chamber is the eficiense control(dbs/watts), the port is what tuning the frequence(center console),she also do the lowpass cut . [Wink]
for me the best is 59hz on the Z woofers. Mikko can tell you what back pressure do? remember the team loud volvo Mikko? to keep the soundrould in good condition is just unreal! [Roll Eyes]

At first we will test with this setup and Tim is right. It's easier to make it smaller [Big Grin]

But look at the Sarristo's Kadett, this car is working very well or from Santi [Smile]

First, we will build it as big as possible with a strong wall.
