nice way to show some respect
but anyway this is how i think
I dont think respect is how to make the other feel uncomfortable.Respect is something that is earned and not taken by granted. Every competitor should have the properly respect. For me peter this words and this photo does not represent the image of a world champion.

which peter has earned over and over again, and the guy above trys to dismiss his scores like its easy to do or something, that is how it read and how it was took by me and probably 99.9% of people reading it, unfortunately you have lost my respect and the greek competitors have too, sorry but your in the wrong!
peter was saying if you wanna be like that, he's not bothered, he is a world champion and is respected due to this and his multiple world records, unfortunately the greek cars have never done a world record at a show other than greece, same with the NW car that did a world record then dissappeared a few yrs ago, i hope they will be coming to the euro's this year and we will see what scores they do on same meter as everyone else - nothing implied by this i would just love to see them do the same score with same temperature and humidity as everyone else

I dont know what this is all about... But I will add my 2 cent on were the WR and off. score go. I have been to Greece and played on the WF meter and my score was dead on with it. I dont know wich NW car you are talking about, if its John P. NW car with all RF at the time then let me just add my 2 cents to that also. He did a WR in Greece and in Italy too. His score was all ways with in 2tents of the score he was doing at home and ever show he went to.
This yr 1 location for WF will be Italy and CS will be part of the main sponscers and I will diff. try to have all my top players at the same show. SO feel free to come to Italy for the 08 WF.

first of all before start talking it would be better to introduce your self so i can understand with who i am talking. However i can not understand what is all about as i said i disagreed with peter because he doesnt has to prove anything so i found the photo and his reaction wrong and i said my opinion. You dont know what respect is. You are saying things that are much more than you must say. You were refered for a greece car that maybe you've never seen it.And for all the things about temperature you have to know that all larissa scores were under 35 degrees............. I will be on italy you may come to see all the greek cars..........

I do not see what is wrong with my comment...I just expressed my opinion and to clarify this it was directed to all the scores posted in the results table.... Anyway i believe (and that is my honest opinion)that the score in street b (and street C at the moment i posted) is relatively low like it or not...I did not mean any direspect to Peter or Garry. On the other hand everybody has a point of view and the right to express it. @Peter... nobody questioned the fact that you and Garry are World champions but still in Garry's case not the loudest street b vehicle ever. The ring is yours to show it whenever or wherever you want.No need to be ****y.
@ DumDum...
Do you realy know what you are talking about? The NW car you were describing was John Pouliakas Pug 206, the 2007 Street max 3-4 WR Champion and WR Holder with more than 2,5 dbs gap from the second with his new baby...Seems to me that you have a problem with Greece being one of the 2007 World Finals' venues.Have you considered the fact that it takes a lot of money (to be more precise it is more than the cost of two big amps) to travel to Germany for example just to compete and show a good score? For what? What it takes for the Dutch or French or Austrians to drive ay 4-500 km to go to an event which takes place in an adjacent country? From last year and on there is a motive for us to travel abroad and that is the World championship. So be carefull what you are wishing for...
Last but not least I should remind you that there was no other place in last years Finals to show 4 World Records and the second loudest (Street C). And it goes without saying that there were two certified head judges present so don't make any assumptions about tricky scores...
How was that for starters?

i am truly sorry for venting, i had had a bad day which was no excuse
i did indeed take it as you were belittling the efforts of truly world class guys who work there ass off to do what we do best - please note the comment from peter in the other thread - it read nice scores, that was it - a sportsman like comment
the reason i would like to see the cars in a single location is to see what score they do under the same environmental conditions (i know my car would gain a good db in a hot arena such as greece, same with a friends st.a i am involved with) as the other cars in the same class, my comment on the NW was out of order as i have never seen it in the flesh, i have heard things tho, but it was wrong to comment from rumours, my apologies to the gent who owned the car
i mean no ill feeling towards anyone, apologies once again for any offence caused, the world of db drag is too small to fall out! maybe if we meet i will buy you a beer by way of an apology!

By the way all the last years measurements except the Finals were done by a .Net Termlab which is at least 0.5db stiffer than any USB type termlab.I Know because my team has both types ....
