I thought the surround was still on in that pic, I was wondering how he was re using the surround, now i see he wasn't

The elmers type glue? Or is there a different white glue I don't know about?

Re using the surrounds would have been A TON easier!

I bet its a real time consuming process to tear them off though, but it would be cool to see it done

The Finns re-use the surrounds, not sure on the glue but apparently a heat gun is used and they just peel off.
