no roundovers in the corners??????? what frequency are you trying to get from that enclosure???and do you think that you will get standing wave with that baffle due to the distance of the sub from the sidewall? congrats on your design it is awesome do you have any idea on the weight of all that glass???

no roundovers: its not louder so wy do it ? frequency , -+72hz i think furst have to test distance of the sub from the sidewall = don't understand this . weight of all that glass = 300kg the floorplate is inox and its 80kg

not yet ,in the first place its hard to test . and 2 there need to be more than 160mm off glass around the cirkels to make it and 3 ; its hard to scruw the sub to the glass without braking it .

Nice work guys ! I hop you will not tint your windows, lol ! Thats a great way to show whats going on in a car. Carlo has its own way to build glass boxes, great ! And the best is, its daily used as always ! Thats my philosophy also ! I like it ! I wish you all the best in competition ! (PS.: But why just stupid MDF? It should have been Beach Plywood )

do a couple inches of polycarb/lexan for the baffle. Then drill and tap, then use long bolts
