1981 British Leyland, Mini Clubman Estate, 998cc (auto) 27,000 miles from new.

Currently Street C
Resonant freq of car - 66-68Hz
Current Box tuning - 63-64Hz
approx 4 cuft box.

2 x DD9915s dual 1
2 x SPLdynamics EXT3000d
2 x Redflash 3500 batteries (both under back seats [Wink] )
Nak CD40 Hu
USamps USX2R crossover/line driver

152.6db first show 18 December 2004.

Oh, to get some idea of size, those are 10 inch wheels!!!

To Do....

Improve port.
Improve charging system.
Fit better batteries.
Sound deaden (either Firestarter Mat, or Magic Mate)
2 more amps???? [Wink] [Razz]
Hu with CD changer (Nak started to skip at 152.6db...)
Drop column and deep dish wheel.

would those dd's perform better with about 2x the box size? Ive heard dd's perform well in smaller boxes but I just dunno if its true.

Just curious, how are you allowed to have both batteries under the backseat?

Just thinking about it, I currently have the batteries facing forwards, I should probably turn them round so the terminals face rearwards, and then I can get the power cable to the amps less than 12 inches long [Big Grin]
