To answer your first picture, no, you cannot do that.

Rule 3-11a: The plane of the dash bounded in the front by the firewall, in the back by the trailing edge of the dash, and for a distance of 12 inches to the left and 12 inches to the right (measured horizontally) of the sensor placement location must be completely flat with respect to the ground.

Any surface within 12" of the sensor must be completely flat in respect to the ground.

In your second picture, you must have at least 13" between point 5 and 6, and 13" between 6 and 7, but they do not have to be the same.

I would like to know more about the following :

dash to floor (follow the striped line on the drawing) 5 - 6 - 7 - 8

Must all surfaces between 5-6 and 7-8 be the same ?

Someone a explanation that I can understand ? Because I'm not nativespeaking Engish so too complicated vocabulary is not my strongest point.

You have to have minimum 13" between the door´s and the center console..

The distance between 5 & 6 = minimum 13", and between 7 & 8 = minimum 13".

The console can be how wide you want as long as the distance to the door´s are 13" or more.

i think that point 6 can 3 inch lower than point 5 but point 7 and point 8 must be same because dashboard must be flat under sensor.

MAybe best solution is rebuild dashboard totally flat.
