Yes the Fins are LOUD. I just came back from Finland event and witnessed the whole show. It was an awesome performance. 6 new WR. Five of the records with DD´s and SPL Dynamics, and one record with Treo and USAmps. In Ext 1 they had two cars doing 166dBs, the winner did 166,8. Marko in Team LOUD beat his own record in Ext 3-4 and is now hitting 171,5dB. The Street A car was really something. Bandpass box with (2) DD 9912 1.5DVC (1) Orion XTR-PRO2400 amp on Saturday, and second amp installed in the Sunday 3x point event. This guy (Tapani) was also trying DeathMatch with his Street A Fiat Panda. 2 mins, over 150dB I have much more to report from the show and plenty of pics too. The Fins also knows how to party. Thank you Suomi for a fantastic weekend.

6 Potential World Records. Only the dBDRA can certify World Records. This will happen after the results have been submitted and the officiating staff from Norway and Finland have submitted their reports to the dBDRA.

Yes, and I want to say that we also used the POTENTIAL or "NOT-YET-CERTIFIED" words when announcing these possible new World Records. Even though it doesn't "sound so good" for the public, but as I kinda brought this up in Sinsheim, I am sure taking care it is done like that over here.
Though, as we are in Finland we speak finnish, which Mr. Bejner doesn't
(File and report are coming, just had to sleep some for a while )

Yes we will start broadcasting. Actually we had a slow internet connection there too now, but I didn't have time to prepare anything so I skipped the net stuff this time as I had to concentrate more on everything else. After all, this was the first event this season, first event with new equipment (GREAT EQUIPMENT) and new software.
And thanks panoautomaatti... sorry, Tor for coming over to help, and to Magnus! Magnus is much better mic judge compared to our lacy guys Posts: 575 | From: Finland | Registered: Feb 2001
