Ok so the build with my 95 VW Golf started this week so i might as well get some pictures up. This will be somewhat of a slow process but i will update anytime i get some work done. Im building for Bassrace 149.9 class and maybe play in the 150-159.9 class a little. Also Street Max 1-2 for the hell of it. First show will be the Carlisle 3x but im going to try and get everything done by the first of April.

To start here are a few pictures of the car.

Now this is the first car i ever built a wall in which was about 3 years ago. Since then i have changed the face and the sub setup about 6 times. The last setup looked like this.

 -

With two 15's (not the ones pictured) and two 20.1's that setup did a 149.2 on music. Never tried bassrace but either way thats not gonna cut it. So the tearout started this past Sunday. Who wants pics [Cool]

Its my daily car so probably tune it to about 33-35hz. We'll see if the subs will go that low

Ok so here we go,

 -

Face off...

 -

One of the sides coming off.

 -

As i started the tearout i realized it wasnt built all that bad. Pretty sturdy overall i just didnt build it right. I have like 6 inches of width on each side that i didnt use so this time im building the new wall to the vehicle to get the extra space. Also alot stronger this time.

And this is where i stopped for the day.

 -

I should get the the rest done tomorrow or thursday and get it cleaned up a bit. After that its time to run 100 ft of speaker wire and some other stuff. I'll keep everyone updated.
