Rob Woolcott (aka: ThorsHammer on here) does bass race at the 149.9 level I believe.

He uses 2 x 10" subs and about 10k.

It's INSANE! [Big Grin]

I wouldnt consider a CRX with a cargo area a boot, more like a hatchback, that amount of equip should be able too

in my limited bassrace runs i could do in the 149s pretty consistently with my street C setup in my explorer.

Mike from team 420 has his daily driver explorer with 4 12s aswell that can bassrace nicely in the 149.9 class too. All under the window line of course

With 4 12's and @6000 watts, I could Bass Race the 149.9 class with ease in my CRX.
So, with the equipment you're talking about, it should be no problem.
