Ok I guess people will just keep twisting my words or make it seem like I'm implying things, I made a simple statement and people go flying off on me.
What did I post ? I read posts and simply responded. If Db TV made a error well it screwed up.
At no point was I bitter or crying. I didn't go to finals to win and didn't care if I won. I only went because I had yet to do what I set out to do. If my number would have been recorded I would have eliminated my self in qualifying by going over.

dbtv does that a lot.. thats why i didnt like us going head to head via dbtv for world finals.

Agreed A horrible excuse at that. When Steve won 149.9 finals burping around a 157 at the time with the wall every run was done off....When I won 149.9 finals and was burping a 155 every run I did was off.
He is trying to say he had 9DB of headroom and couldn't do the 139.9 class off?
I am usually the last person to bust anyones balls but when you call yourself "team prodigy killers" and show up to finals to dodge them it just looks REALLY BAD

There are a bunch of factors
to beat Adam you have to be on your game and everthing has to be running just right it becomes a consitancy and stamina battle your right Nyman should of jump in the 30 class and if it came down to ties he should of done it with his disadvantge then you would laugh and talk crap about how he got beat
Boy competeing has become so much fun
Want people to talk crap about you and what you do GO TO A DB DRAG SHOW sad

Cavy, I think ( correct me if I am wrong) after the 2nd tie, you do the runs with the car off. Being as the 139.9 class has ALOT of very good bassracers, everybody would expect to see many ties.

So then you're saying he wasn't prepared to go past a couple ties?
I figured somebody paying a good amount of money to compete and willing to drive halfway across the country would be fairly well prepared for such a situation.
From what I've seen, adam can't have more than a couple batteries in there. Have to wait for one of the prodigy guys to chime in.
But on a side note, what does nyman do full tilt during a bassrace run? Having that much power I would think he could do a pretty decent score. Most of the 39.9 guys probably have 2000-3000 watts.
Nyman needs 8000?
Nobody would have laughed that he got beat. Adam is one of the best there is. I think people would rather he lose to adam then drop down a class and take an easy win.
All in all I'm pretty disappointed that finals had such a poor turnout. Would have been nice to see full brackets of 1x9.9 cars like it used to be.

Anyone I have competed with in the sport has not been out of line in terms of sportsmanship in any way....Except Nyman... calling yourself the team prodigy killer.. posting threads on Meades site like this saying you can hand anyone their ass. Seriously guys, I don't see the point in arguing. It's done and over with and not anything you can do about it. You are talking about pushing people out of the sport... the bickering can be even worse. If you are going to complain about nyman going to a smaller class, then you might as well yell about TMH going into the 29 class when he was supposed to be in the 49 class. When new people come into this sport and go onto these forums and see nothing but people yelling at each other and what not, doesn't really seem like a good idea to keep pursuing the sport. If anything, privately discuss your confrontations. There is no need to keep bringing more negativity to the table.
