Got some work done on my baffle today....I've cut a few hundred speaker holes out with a jig saw.I was at Lowes the other day getting wood glue and I picked up a Milescraft circle hole cutter for my router...Best 23 dollars I ever spentI've heard people talk about them.Makes life alot better [Big Grin]  -

nice so far can i ask why the use of the shelfing brakets for? i would think they would screw with the air flow more then anything

I just use them for a little bracing and to help hold stuff together when test fitting...They will be removed...

that box definitely needs some bracing, top to bottom, and front to back

I think that you will beat your goal of a 150 by quite a few db. I've seen a 6 15 box that was sealed do a 161 on the AC mic back in 2002 so if you were to convert that to TL scores it would probably be in the 153-154db range.

I am not really concerned as to what it does spl wise.I hope to hit 150....It will be loud.And will move some air....We shall see at Carlisle in the spring

Well most of my stuff finally came..Got subs installed...Also got one amp but there was a small problem with it....So I threw in a GP3000 Pro I had laying around.....Not bad off 3k....
