Day 6

Worked on getting the port in and was a succes.

got the first baffle in and caulked

And you knew it was going to happen,if you didnt then leave now [Razz]

Day 7

Didn't do much,felt lazy all day.Plus i need more wood and didn't feel like going to the depot.So here is whatt i did get done.

Got another coat of paint in the port and finished cutting and installing the second baffle

just enough clearance

Randy... seriously buddy, do yourself a favour and buy a router/jasper jig.

You'll use it once and love yourself for life just for picking it up.

(up-cut spiral bit too... makes cutting MDF so easy!)

1/4" up spiral and 1/4" up spiral with bearing to copy shapes.Speeds things up alot.Jaspers are nice but once you get a template they become less usefull

Kinda lost some motavation ,with everything on right now.But this is where its at right now.

got the back doubled,might triple it up and mount the amps flat on it.

i got a piece of wood to screw on the one side and have to get my speaker wires thru the box.

I'll have it done for ESP finals,well the sub stage anyways
