that is the same welder i have, works great. turn power to D, wire feed to 7 and gas 10-15psi. bevel the ends so there is more room for weld. if there is alot of scale on the metal it wont weld too pretty.

JK, the first pic I was using 025 wire, too much current, too much wire speed and bad welding procedure..
