Got back to work again. Pulled out all the woofers and ports and ground surfaces flat. I now rounded the corners, and after a little fill at edges, will be ready for resin and mat.

Its actually a construction adheshive I use for walls and boxes. Later when its dry I will sand it and start the resin.

Its PL premium polyurathane, and it is redicoulisy strong. WARNING: DO NOT get this on your skin, as it takes days to weeks to get it off.

Big thanks for the amp that I got to borrow today. first was a 4K that we made 5800. Second was a 7k that made 6700 watts at 2.2 ohm rise. The truck became even more abusive with big power. Cant wait till all power in. Thanks to all the illinois guys that always help out... They made the truck come alive today.

A Panda and a Yukon are completely different. The wall in the Panda is probably behind the front seats, the wall in Mike's Yukon is behind the Back seats. He can get louder with tuning, but considering he is doing these numbers at 31hz from behind the back seats, that is impressive.

The truck is now doing 154 at 33hz, as I add more power tuning goes up. The new question is to cut port length or not too????

Everyone wants me to cut my ports and I am afraid I will loose the low end monster I was going for. Right now they are full length and with 8500 watts make box peak at 33hz.

Truck can make stuff levitate in window and hairtricks, just looking for everyones opinion before I cut ports.

why cut the ports ? 54 @ 33hz is super sweeeet

ihmo your current system > a bigger # at the expense of raising the tuning
