It is a very nice ride by the way. Do you think that it is going to get louder with the Cactus subs over the DD subs? I also be you could use a couple more batteries to help out the electrical some.

Look for Premier DEH-P980BT OR DEH-P800PRS OR the pioneer DEH-P80MP is the RadioCD we have to our Calibra for bass race!!!Play with the Radio outside of the car is better, this is the way we do for 159.9 Class [Smile]

If you get one of the newer Pioneer units you'll need one of the older remotes with pause on it. The new decks don't have puase on the remote, and it's burried in the menu and is a pain in the ass to get to. I have the Pioneer deh-6000ub and it works with my old deh-6500mp remote since that unit had a pause on the remote. I don't know why some companies are making head units without pause buttons on them. Eclipse is the same way. They don't hardly have pause buttons on any of their new decks.

Some of the current models of pioneer/premier have pause on the remote still. Just look at the remote that comes with it. Some have it at the bottom middle of the remote. The 6000/600UB models have a different remote.
you should be able to get into the menu and pause from the remote on your 6000ub. then unpause by pressing the enter button again.

You bought a model that's harder to pause, but at least you have blue dolphins [Razz] .
