Nice build. Before making box bigger. Have u thought about adding another aero port or 2 if u can fit it? that'd raise the tuning a bit. Those big 400sq" ports dont usually do very well firing back.

I tried bigger for my box and it didnt help at all. i stayed with 140sq" for 9.5net in my blazer, crx style box. Which has gotten me 150 at 30hz on the termlab sealed on the dash.

Ed, what's going on with your ride? Are you gonna post any new pics up of the rebuild any time soon? Or are you just waiting till the last second to get something going?

Ha exactly how mine was! Bolting the box through the stock seat bolt holes in an Expedition FTW.

Going to be solid as hell.

Your PM box was full so Ill just post here.

Yeah it was an 06 Expo. Had 4 BTL 18s and 8 Sundown 1500Ds. It was pretty loud, just didnt play the high bass and subs got hot too fast for my liking. I was running 6.5 cubes per sub, with each sub having 100 sq in of port tuned to 35hz.
