your friend is wrong. It doesn't matter if you have a hatchback or not.. sting test applies, unless you veghicle HAS A TRUNK, not ACTS like, or is SAME AS.... that would be like saying the cargo area for a van is the same as a trunk, and can build as high as you want. ( just a comparison)
but again. hatch is a hatch.. string test applies !!!
