I have read the rulebook and understand the letter of the rules, but require clarification on a point regarding the disopsition of a factory removable seat -
A hypothetical SUV was factory equiped with a rear seat back that folds, with a seat bottom that is REMOVEABLE to facilitate additional cargo storage.
The enclosure fits and is legal no matter what the seat position (installed, removed, folded or unfolded).
Is it legal in Street to REMOVE the factory designed seat bottom and FOLD the seat back?
