Let me ask you something. How much research did you do before going to Stillwater? Reason being, any schmoe can download a copy of blaubox and play around with port parameters, box sizes, and power inputs to get a good idea of where your maximum output is going to be. But the guys at Stillwater aren't going to necessarily be able to zero in on the best frequency for your vehicle.
141 is actually EXTREMELY DECENT for a single sub, so you might be trying to pull strings and push buttons to find out that you're already on the edge of the envelope.
You might want to also read the technical papers at this site and at jlaudio.

They also have a phone number which should have come with your literature that came with the sub. A couple of years ago I needed some specs for an enclosure I was building. I left a voice mail one evening and the specs were in my fax machine the next morning. Very helpful bunch.
Lizman, why not go to the manufacturer? They'd know the sub better than anyone. And why think just because he got a good number right away that he'd assume that's the best he's gonna get and leave it at that?

With the exception of Kicker, the majority of companies have poor if not non-existant technical support. Going to the manufacturer is often an excercise in frustration. IME, Kicker is about the ONLY manufacturer that goes the distance for their customers when it comes to technical support.
Secondly, I did not assume that "just because he got a good number right away that he'd assume that's the best he's gonna get and leave it at that". That is, as I said, a fairly decent number for a single driver.
In the end, it is more important for people to do the research and find their own solutions instead of getting spoon fed the information. That is why I recommended he check a few technical articles. He could very well put together the factors regarding his unique situation and get results he can be satisfied with.

My suggestion is expirimentation. I have heard the sub performs poorly in a ported enclosure but who knows? Go with whatever stillwater says but if your impatient jist try different enclosure types. Also apply what stillwater says to your vehicle. Remember to try different approaches.

wanna buy another zr240? I have a ZR240SE used for ONE run on an RTA powering 2 Hollywood 12's (older ones), just to see what it'd do. I'll sell it if you make the right offer. :0)

Actually I was looking to get $300 out of it, only because it's basically brand new, and I'm not that desperate to sell it. I might actually end up using it to power an entire system in my Nissan Wagon soon. Or it may still go in my Golf Cart as originally planned. hehe
