Ok after stareing at pictures and watching videos of the beast, im still a little confused. Is the cab of the beast acting as the enclosure for the subs or are the subs actually running in free air as they seem to be?

With the doors sealed, back on, itbecomes a sealed system with the cab acting as the enclosure. The front is basically air tight.

Back off and door open - it is a true free air situation. There is nothing protecting or helping the woofers. The impressive thing is that we have played the system all day long for demos at about 47/50 hz and nothing blew. (don't misunderstand, we have destroyed products - but very few) We did about 500 burps at the Carlisle show - Those L7s are just flopping in the breeze and hanging in there. LOL - if anyone is going to blow up products, it's going to be us!

Another nice thing - the woofers in the bronco are 2002 S10L7s and anyone can get them with no problem at any authorized dealer.

Thats what i thought, thanks for clearing that up. Sounds like those woofers are reliable.
