Today I attended the Wild Wild West Shootout in Peoria, Arizona. There were four of the best sound quality cars in the United States competing for a nice cash prize and an interesting trophy - part of a tree with a sheriff's badge, six shooter, and plaque. It looked better than my discription.
Gary and his beautiful Buick Regal took it all home!
This is our first sound quality guest, and I hope not the last.
Everyone, say hello to Gary and discover the joys of Sound Quality.
Oh yes, that Regal has a motor and accessories that are unique in SQ - When it starts, everyone looks. It is truly a beautiful car.
**Gary is driving home from Arizona will probably will not be on line for a couple of days.

Welcome Gary! Having heard an opportunity to "hear" the Regal, as it drove by rumbling, at SBN, I can't wait til I can actually hopefully "hear" what the SQ in that sounds like!

That was a sweet car though. Even if it didn't have a killer sound system, it would still be a very nice example of 80's muscle cars (the last true decade of muscle machines, before ricers took over).
** Andrew, what do you mean - no killer sound system? Kid, that is one of the best sounding cars in the industry today. Just because it plays real music and you can sit and actually listen to it doesn't make it bad! Geesh! Guess I went overboard with you on SPL! **
I enjoyed getting to visit with you at the show - it's been a long time.

Andrew, I screwed up. I thought I was answering your post and sort of edited it. Oh well. Want to repost - forgot what was in the first paragraph. It is a Monday.

It's okay, my reputation is only ruined by your hack job editing : )
What I said (or at least meant to) is that even if it did not have that sweet install, it would still be a nice car.

I just wanted to add a small pic of Gary's car from the 2000 USAC Finals just for the few people out there that haven't seen this work of art. The pick was barrowed from CarAudioPlanet.

Welcome Gary! Just wanted to know how long it took to complete the sub enclosure in the glove box? I have been working with sphere enclosures for a little while...but after taking with Richard Clark he told me that my design for a midbass enclosure for mobile use would not be to practical and I would have too many problems with refections in a small environment like a car.
