HEY! I said I'd try one with key-lime. And ice the Kicker emblem onto it. Don't confuse me and ask for funky colors like red or black. Had a hard enough time making a square sub Christmas ornament. (Then again, the square was a whole lot easier than the rounds I attempted...hmmm).

The Neopolitan cheesecake looks and sounds really good, except I think I would make the strawberry layer raspberry instead (raspberries and chocolate, mmmmmm). Thanks for sharing Brian, and Krisa...air mail me a slice of that Key Lime one.

hey, hello and welcome to termpro. I hope we can all meet at the team gates trailer, which will be in the tweekntune area. We really could have a cheese cake sampling get-together one night. It would be a great way to see how Krisa does on cheese cake! Me - would have to buy one. And yes, it is crazy - 3 pages on cheese cake in a car audio forum. First time for everything.
Ben, car audio should be fun. If not, why do it? Will we see you in Daytona?

Well hopefully it will be good enough for four pages
Test two just came out of the oven, and is chilling now. Going to take it to the guinea pigs at work (XH only likes plain cheesecake) tomorrow. Tweaked the recipe. Dak- great recipe!
Now, just have to get the right wine to go with it... and I have a great one in mind, a nice, dry German wine... mmmmmmm. Delectable!

Alma, Im really tickled that you responded to my post Unfortunatly I wont be Able to attend daytona, (Im leaving the country for awhile very soon) You are so right about car audio needing to be fun, so often it becomes too competitive and people just become angry. Thats why i felt compelled to join and post. It seems that all the people associated with team gates are cheery and ready to help, even rivals. Keep it up! By the time I get back you will probably have hit 190db (or higher) B.T.W. have you tried the cheese cake bites by sara lee? ...Mmmmm delicious! +they are portable!
