hi alma i've meet you a couple of times at some of the finals. my ? i have had 3 of the new 12" L7 and have blown all three. i thought it was my amp but i put a kicker freeair in a ported box in my car and it has'nt blown yet. i even had the ten hooked up at the same time and the 12 blow. i'm using a crossfire 1000d.the 12 it's a dual 4 ohm and i was running at 2ohms seeing about 500+ watts.was wondering if you ran into the same problem too. and for some reason i hit a 137.8 from that one ten and 137.2 from the 12 .i'm puzzled the 12 was in a box that meet spec's i even rebuilt it where it was super air tight when you push the cone in and it would come out so slow you could'nt see it.maybe i got the bad batch that came out.i'll contact laurie at kicker maybe she knows somthing.
