can someone help me out with a box for a 15" juggernaut going in a celica? I can make it 39" back to front,36" side to side,17" at the rear up and down and 25" up and down toward the front. Im not sure what the volume is or how long the port should be? I would like to tune it to 35hz with a square port. I would also like to add a second juggernaut in the future but im not sure that box would have enough volume. so I want to use up all the space I can with out taking out the back seats. thanks in advance guys!

Scorp,

I took a your spec's for enclosure space and the spec's for the sub and here's what I got.

Keep in mind, these spec's are for two subwoofer's, the the enclosure is spec'd with separate chambers since you mentioned that you were going to add a second sub of the same type.

Here are the enclosure spec's:

Width - 36"
Depth - 32"
Back - 17"
Front - 23

The divider would be centered on 18"
The slot port would be 3" H x 16.8750 W" x 16" L I.D.

The 16.8750" width is the same as the Inside Width between the side and divider. This way you can locate the subwoofer low at the front towards the bottom and you can use the interior top and sides for the slot port walls and just cut a piece of material 16.8750" x 15.25".

The other side would be the same accept when you carpet the enclosure, don't cut the carpet for the port and subwoofer until you ready to install the other subwoofer.
