FYI Select pockets that Hazmat fee when you buy resin from them. How do I know? Because everytime I buy resin from US Composites they never charge me a Hazmat fee for anything less than 5 gallons. Best bet is to go through the USPS website and see if they say anything there or call the post office and ask. Worst thing they can tell you is yes they will charge you a fee and if they do then you just saved yourself the hassle of not being ready for it.
