flush mounting trim ring for stereo in dash kit for my zx2. problem is the bondo around the edge keeps breaking loose and making cracks where the kit meets the trim ring. what do i do? thanks in advance for any help...

It is breaking free cuz of flexing. Epoxy the heck out of the joint. You want zero flex. Check out SEM's website too. They make a better product than bondo for plastic use...

SEM's product is called, "Problem Plastic". I just picked some up to make some mods to a console made of ABS or something. This stuff is the bomb...
