I'm on the final stretch of my kick buildup, but need to know whether to spray sound deadener first and then lay glass, or vice versa. Thanks

why not do both?... deaden the area behind the kick and then deaden the kick itself. nothing wrong with overkill!, just don't use concrete...

I would say deaden first then lay the glass and if you have any deadener left over do somemore unless the glass is gonna be the finished product and you aren't installing carpet or something on top of it, unless you are going for the rugged look.

well, i always deaden before laying down glass then i pour liquid deadener in the kick itself to achieve max performance.
