Ok, i purchased everything i need to construct the kicks, but have a slight problem now. Some of you on termpro have said i should aperiodically vent these Boston Pro 6.5's, but this is what Boston replied when i emailed them about this: " we haven't experimented with this(aperiodic venting), so i would use the simpler method of using .3cu.ft. and stuff it with .3lb. of poly." Am i safe doing this, or do i run the risk of damaging the equipment and sound quality?

I believe what Boston Accoustics was saying, is to build your kick panel solid and sealed, then lightly stuff it with polyfill. This will yield a better mid range responce.
You will be fine doing this.
I hope this helps.
