i'd roundover the edges of the port and fill the screw holes. otherwise, should do pretty decent.

I know. I went over tonight to check it out. While there he finally said he realized he's gonna have to get some better amps and upgrade his electrical system to get where he wants. I'm just glad he stopped trying to talk smack about the box and figured out the real problem.

So I had a little fun today. I went over to trim the port down and raise his tuning. While there, just to show him how getto his amps are, I wired his subs at 2 ohm and hooked them to my MTX TE1501D. The subs were seeing about 500 rms per sub. They were just as loud and 100 times cleaner than with 2 of his CR4000.1s running at 1 ohm per amp. The look on his face was pretty funny...

Looks like he should seal around the enclosure instead of having it just sit in there like that.
But good job on the enclosure Box specs?
