I cleaned this up. Either help or don't post. Quad, I'm pretty much going to delete whatever you post unless it is dead on point and at least 20% accurate (basically impossible for you), so don't bother.

Are you looking for cubic feet with port length/width?

Or are you looking for what type enclosure to build with some general items?

Ok, I just did a calculation for you. If your box can be 41.5"wide x 19.5"tall x 15.5"deep that will give around 6cubic ft total. The port(using the back wall of the box) should be 5"wide x 14" wide x 10" deep rounded either by hand or router will tune it to 35hz and should sound amazing in the truck. Thats one single chamber by the way.
Those calcs are made by using 3/4 inch mdf to! So the actual inside measurements will be 40 x 18 x 14.

Make a center devider like this for suport as well as to keep both subs from canceling out in commin chamber and put the port like this on back wall dont forget to put some bracing in the port or use some strong wood to keep from flexing under load.

here is some links to some programs to give ya an idea on how to build port to box vol and a box vol program i use and sware by thanks and good luck know its up to you test test and get loud good luck.

Subs up, port up drivers side. Using the box dimensions you posted. Make the port 17.5 x 6 x 67" for 30Hz, 47" for 35 Hz, 33" for 40 Hz. Make sure to round all the corners including the por entrence and exit. The internal box dimensions will be (36-37)34.5-35.5 X (19)17.5 X (20)18.5 for 6.4 cu/ft gross before subs and port displacement.
