maybe give yourself around 3-3.5cubes for the rear chamber, plus maybe a 6" aeroport or slot. sub playing back or toward the drivers side.
then use the rest of the space as your front chamber...with a larger square port playing forward into the cab from the driver's side, trunk sealed off.

i would port the rear into the front chamber. That's called series tuned 6th order.

if you did front and rear each ported into the car separately, that's parallel tuned 6th order. If you went that route, one of the chambers would have to be tuned very high. the other tune very low, but moderate port area to retain some control and a "closer to smooth" frequency response

how close would you tune a seris tunned box?
how about the ratio for front to rear chamber size. 2 to 1? example ( front 5cubes, rear 2.5 cubes)

you are still tuning into a pass band.

The enclosure will have a peak between the tuning and a sharp roll off outside the tuning range.

In the series 6th orders I've built I've tuned the rear chamber between 32-35hz and the front chamber in the 50s. They usually have a great peak in the high 30s/low 40s

The design I have works great for a pair of 12s or a single 15.

If you'd be interested in it i'll drag out the notebook and give you the box
