The absolute best would be to get a router with a jasper circle-cutting jig on it...flawless and perfect every time

I use a Craftsman router and Craftsman circle cutter. Works great and can be purchased at any Sears.

the jasper jig you can find at most WOODWORKING supply stores. the ones at home stores aren't as easy to be as accurate with. If you can't find a jasper near you, get one from ebay or partsexpress.com. just pick which model does the sizes you need. I love all of mine.
A router can be found at many stores...just spend the money right the first time and buy a quality one.

I appreciate all the help guys. I ended up buying a Higher End Rotozip with a circle cutter Guide. It works awesome perfect circles.

^because it's totally necessary to get more precise than a circle jig on a nice router...

It's not that it's necessary, but it is nice to just pull up a drawing of the part you need and let the machine do all of the work.

^True true...just I couldnt see how it'd be necessary haha, with that jig and a router you can fly through holes pretty darn quick and very accurately

Without a doubt, I generally use a Perfect Interface circle jig, but that's because I've had it for about a million years and am so used to how it works that it's just quicker.

Only when I have a lot of parts to make and need to be dead on accurate will I use my CNC, but then it's only because I have a better dust collection system hooked to it than the router setup and I don't want to itch for hours until I get home and take a shower.
