so i'm just curious, i'm looking at building a box with the entire back being curved so that the air flows extremely smoothly, so basicly instead of just having radiuses in the corners it just curves right around to the other side... what material what u suggest to do this?

Fiberglass or MDF. It can be done with MDF the same way a flare port is but it will take more time and practice.

you could cut small slits in the back wall, 1/2'' or so apart so the back wall will fold, fill the slits with resin and kitty hair over it, sand it smooth...and you have a rounded box

what i had done to round a box is i cut triangles to place on the corners then took a sheet of marlite bradnailed it to one side shoved (and i do mean shoved ) it in the enclosurebrad nailed around till we got to the other end sanded smooth worked really well and it wasnt that hard or expensive to do also a small benzomatic torch would help if you char the marlite it bends like butter
