Hello All!

I have been looking through the pages here on the forum & learned a lot in the process. Glad that I have found this site.

I am looking to customize my front grille of my ride. Looking to cut the middle inserts out & will use the outer outlined frame to build upon. I would like to make the frame about half an in all around. This grille is made of abs plastic & was wondering which methods as far as molding & bonding I should approach the shape & quality I want. Foams, wood, etc.
Here is the grille now:

Any information is greatly appreciated! [Smile]

i did the same thing to mine still havent finished it yet but here it is.

first i removed the grill for my car [Razz]

the I got the jigsaw out and cut the centre out of it. i put tap on the inside edge of the grill, where the holes are then i stuck the fg matting to the tape and resined in. then got the bog onto the front
 -

then i gave it abit more bog, cut out my mesh and test fitted it
 -

and im now put to preping it for paint but i hope it turns out like this. but im chroming mine
