Can anyone tell me a good place to get cheap plexi or lexan? I am looking for a thickness of 3/4 to 1 inch. Need to know what it comes in for sizes too...... Is it sold in 4x8 and 4x10 sheets or like metal and sold by weight of just what you need?

I would like to get my hands on a 10 foot by 3 foot chunk......But plans are still in the works so the sizes can still be fudged.

Thanks to ANYONE who can help lead me in the right direction.

Try a local plastics supplier. I think there is a US Plastics (might be the wrong name) in Omaha that I had bought some 3/4" plexi there back in 99-00 timeframe.

Try www.plasticworks.ca but they are in Surrey, BC Canada. Great catalog so you can at least try to find same stuff from local suppliers.

I get my fiberglass supplies there too including body filler.
