i had my first pvc cutting experience last week. found my favourite way is to cut it with a chop saw all the way through except about 1/2" then quickly zip through the rest with a hacksaw by hand

Was waiting on this. Just ask Carlton about cutting PVC on a table saw. Sorry to bring up old memories. So, how is the hand buddy?

sorry, just saw this. well, i've got about 80% feeling back in my thumb and my F-U finger, but my index is in bad shape. It got it the worst. I think after daytona I am going to go back and just have em cut it off. The damn thing is frozen solid and doesn't move and has maybe 25% feeling.

^ewww i cut it with a hacksaw then trim the ends with a table saw. cutting a big piece on a table saw will bind and throw it in ur face. use the mitre slide and it cuts easy...

I just cut some this morning with a table saw, I just changed the blade from a wood cutting blade to a smaller toothed plastic cutting blade. Cost me $5 for the blade at Home Depot. And I guess it might depend on which way your trying to cut the PVC too. I was cutting it lengthwise into 1/4's for the inside corners of my box so the table saw was a better option.
