Cut a piece of plexi as the base, then super glue whatever you want to the plexi base. Then, you make a dam around the piece using tape or whatever to prevent leaks. You then pour the casting resin into the part...on to the scuffed up plexi base witht eh piece glued to it. Then, once it is all cured, sand the shape with some 80 grit to get the shape you want. Then, start working up from there...320, 400 grit and final polish on a buffer using buffing rouge. Or, yo can get to 400 and flame polish the edges. Once you pour the resin in, you will get bubbles...don't worry much about those since they will float out to the top.
If you want to have a sticker on a flat piece, you can take the sticker, stick it down on the piece, then use the clear plexi adhseive like from Select Products (made by Weld-On and nearly any sign shop can get it for you), squirt some on the plexi with a syringe, then take the other piece of plexi and stick it to it. Once it is bonded and edges polished, it will look like one piece of pleix.
