I have two Audiobahn AW1051T's. I am building a dual box from 3/4 MDF. My dementions are as follows:

Lenth: 54 in
Ht: 15 in
top depth: 5 in
bottom depth: 6 7/16 in

These specs in the rockford calculator give me a box volume of 1.97 cu ft per sub (alowing for displacemt of sub). Now the sub call for .75 - 2 cu ft in a sealed enclosure. I was thinking about making the front of the box double thick allowing for better support of the box it self and seat space. Also when building my enclosure should i make one big box or separate chambers for each sub?
