Currently in the process of constructing full fiberglass door panels and was wondering... should the door pods be sealed, ported or free-air to the rest of the door. All front channel output will through the 8" mid-bass, and the 6.5" components that will be installed into the door pods. Vehicle is a full size GM. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I would say it depends on the speaker you decide to go with...

prolly go sealed with the 8" though...

im running dual 6 sealed in the doors... sound decent. also in a gm full size

You should probably look at the rest of wut you have and decide which drivers you want to handle wut freqency range. That should help eliminate some of your enclosure questions.
