Whether or not if it's 1 person cut friendly on a tablesaw depends on how strong that one person is and how powerful the tabelsaw is.
All I'm saying is, I wouldn't try cutting a full sheet on a black and decker portable table.

The best bet is to ask those who use it on a daily basis. When that stuff was rather new back in 96-97 I asked my supplier about 2". He brought it a few sheets and started cutting and routing. His company is a Church Furniture Production facility. They use 3/4" and 1" HDF only, that's all that I've used all along after using MDF for a few boxes. 5/8" HDF is stronger than 1" MDF and weighs just a tad less per sheet. Resonance per square foot of enclosure wall surface area is way higher and out of the subwoofers range, and there is the fact that we always brace front to rear, top to bottom and side to side. You can park the Excursion you build the box for right ontop of the box. Anyway, the 2" MDF they said was garbage, no strength, and was worthless with a router, crap flew apart. I just took their word for it and have since used them to make us 2" and 1.5" HDF when the need arose. If you need something that thick, just get the supplier to glue a sheet and stack another ontop of it, then rest the other stacks of MDF ontop of it. 20 thousand pounds+ of MDF ontop of it will ensure that board is glued well and gapless. If you need top quality wood sandwiches, contact King Church Furniture in Dothan, Alabama.

What I've heard is great stuff is the 1 1/2" Maple board used in Gym floors. I've checked into the pricing locally for HDF in 3/4" sizes and above, and those that had a clue what I was talking about wanted some supremely stupid prices for it. That was dealing mainly with cabinet makers and such.
