Need help with box and vent sizes. Im trying to make a square box with both the vent and woofer facing the same direction. Im using the box for a home theater application. ANy help would be great. So far the only design I got was 19 1/4 X 18 1/2 X 19 1/4 tall with a vent that is 15X2 and 14" deep

that sub already has problems with transient response, the last thing it needs is a 4.0^ft vented box. big recommendation would be to use a 2.75^ft net enclosure with a vent of 32sq" x 20" long
