wrong secion? got a better one I can put it in?
1/4 inch, or 1/2 inch? I've used both, and it seems that bits for a 1/4 inch are alot cheaper, and can be bought as a cheap set of 12, that seem pretty decent.
Wattage? I've used a 750watt 1/4 inch that I used to countersink some woofers into a 25mm thick baffel... one pass to do the 10mm countersink, and another 2 cuts to make the hole for the woofer.... 750watts DID seem to be enough for this, so why go bigger?
Plunge or not? like I said, I did woofer rebates, and used a non plunge router, so, should I limit my self to ONLY plunge, or should I not bother with it??

JASPER ROUTER JIG FROM PARTS EXPRESS
cuts perfect circles in 1/8th inch incriments. Find something thats compatible with that?
I live in Australia... parts express gear doesn't really help me...
I just bought a 1600watt 1/2inch plunge router, with 10 bits, a carry case, and this and that... Ozito brand.... $99 Australian.. BUT, it has a 3 year replacement warranty... so, thats good enough for me
