What is a good body filler to use... I've never really had a problem with bondo. Usually added some chopped glass for strength.

But for a fine layer over some excellently layed glass. This bondo is being a pia. I'm having a hard time keeping the layers thin (2-4mm) without having pits up the ying yang.

Anyone know of some better filler? All anyone carries locally is bondo bondo and more bondo.

And on a side note... How hard would it be to wrap it in carbon fiber? Never done carbon, but I'm decent with glass.

Here is the radio bezel (ford focus)

bondo has a glazing compound that also works as a decent filler, idk if you've seen it yet...

The best body filler is called Rage gold extreme thats some good stuff you can get it from the local autobody and paint store. Its around $35.00 a gallon. For the pit hole use a glazing putty known as icing sands real easy.
