Is the quart of MEK peroxide they sell at home depo the same stuff that comes in the little tubes as fiberglass hardener?

wow u can get a quart of that stuff..now..."at home depot that is" if its MEKP on it ,its the same stuff in the tubes.. be carefull its craazy stuff
